We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We were amazed by the size of the property, which spans over 65 acres. The location within the expansive grounds provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful gardens and felt like we were away from home in a tranquil oasis. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Could not be improved in any way.

Amazing property surrounded by beautiful coffee plantations and amazing amenities, the food is delicious and well-presented. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, and they always make an effort to make you feel comfortable.
The service can be a hit or miss at times, the room service menu is limited and needs more options. The F&B service can be slow, and it takes a while for them to take your orders and bring the food.

Excellent Food and Modern Comfort at The Serai Chickmagalur
We were delighted with the delicious food and modern comforts during our stay at The Serai. The restaurant staff made our dining experience delightful, serving a wide selection of tasty dishes. The villa was well-appointed, and the bathroom amenities were excellent. Though we encountered a small issue with the sharp corners around the bed, the staff provided cushions for protection. The property itself was attractive, with well-maintained grounds and a big swimming pool. we had a positive and relaxing experience at The Serai Chickmagalur. It is a great place to stay for a comfortable and delectable getaway.

The property was incredibly huge and sprawling with a coffee estate that offered a guided tour. The location was perfect for business travelers and very close to key tourist spots. The hospitality was top-notch, with excellent coordination by the Sales team and wonderful service by the F&B and operations team. The rooms were well-maintained with independent swimming pools and a sunbathing facility, and the walk around the estate was fascinating.
The food was just average, and the waiters could use some improvement in their service and attitude. While the cottages were independent and beautifully furnished, they demanded a good walk amidst fountains and a long straight pathway.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The spa and wellness center provided an unforgettable massage and steam room experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers offered a perfect spot to soak up the sun while taking in the beautiful garden area. The on-site restaurant had a well-curated menu that delivered delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area offered refreshing cocktails that hit the spot. I also enjoyed the exclusive advantage of having private facilities that provided me with the comfort and privacy I needed.
The only minor issue was the lack of entertainment options. While there was a picnic area/tables and BBQ facilities available, I wish there were more activities or events offered to guests.

We had a pleasant stay during our Easter weekend getaway. The complimentary breakfast and spa service were excellent. The location of the hotel, set within a beautiful coffee plantation, provided a relaxing and serene atmosphere. We also enjoyed the privacy and spaciousness of our villa with a private pool.
The service was slow and inattentive at times, particularly at the restaurant and with room service. The main swimming pool was not well maintained.

This luxurious hotel is a peaceful haven amidst nature. The exclusive amenities include a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, perfect for calming and refreshing swims. The spa centre is absolutely amazing, offering a wide range of treatments to relax and rejuvenate. The spa lounge is also a great place to unwind. The friendly and courteous staff are always ready to assist with any needs. The restaurant is fabulous, serving delicious food, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for a relaxing drink.
The only minor hiccup was that the massage service was slightly delayed, but the staff handled it well and apologized promptly.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. We loved the spacious villas surrounded by lush nature with superb trees of various species. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a game room with billiards, Foosball table, and chess. The staff was always helpful, especially Pramod at the front office and Wilfred and Manu from the F&B staff who went out of their way to serve us customized food. We also enjoyed the complementary yoga sessions and guided coffee plantation walk.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

Nestled amidst beautiful greenery and hills, this property is within close proximity to the centuries-old Bhargavapuri Kodandaramaswamy temple at Hiremagalur. The location offers a peaceful escape, surrounded by coffee plantations. The common areas are well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and lovely views.
The restaurant offerings were overpriced and underwhelming, with quality not living up to the expectations set by the price point.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
